SHAH ALAM: Police have arrested a foreigner over a video claiming he killed men from Aceh and drank their blood.
Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Fadzil Ahmat said South Klang police detected videos which were circulated on WhatsApp at around 3.30pm on Monday (Feb 15).
