PETALING JAYA: Traffic in Kuala Lumpur has returned to normal following heavy congestion reported on Friday.

Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief Asst Comm Zulkefly Yahya said he was aware of heavy congestion, especially at the Sungai Besi toll plaza, on Friday.
