Malaysia signs convention to promote safer seafaring


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia has become one of the signatories to the Convention on the International Organisation for Marine Aids to Navigation on Tuesday (March 16).

Speaking on the signing, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said as a signatory nation, Malaysia will contribute in making this convention the key to enhancing the safety and efficiency of maritime navigation.
