Ahmad Zahid trial: Yayasan Akalbudi did not operate from address registered with SSM, court told


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court heard that Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's charity foundation Yayasan Akalbudi did not operate from the address it registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigating officer Khairudin Kilau testified that he went to the address registered with the commission but the foundation was "not there".
