Govt announces Safe Work Bubble for manufacturing firms

KUALA LUMPUR: The government is introducing a Safe Work Bubble initiative for the manufacturing sector, allowing close contacts of Covid-19 to continue working until they are declared free from the disease, says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali.

He said the initiative would reduce disturbances to the operations of companies and reduce the impact towards productivity when Covid-19 cases are detected at a particular factory.
