It's fine to put on your shades, say cops


KUALA LUMPUR: The police have dismissed a viral audio message which claims that those who drive wearing sunglasses will be fined, saying it is totally untrue.

Bukit Aman Traffic and Enforcement Department (JSPT) deputy director Senior Asst Comm Datuk Mohd Nadzri Hussain (pic) said the audio clip, which was spread via WhatsApp recently, alleged that car or lorry drivers who wear sunglasses will be issued a RM500 compound.
