PETALING JAYA: Fines will not be imposed on Chinese cemetery management but on individuals who violate Covid-19 standard operating procedure during the Qing Ming festival, says the National Unity Ministry.
The ministry said it had taken note of the concerns of Chinese cemetery management about potential compounds.
