KUCHING: Former Kuching DAP Youth wing chief Ting Ying Ying has been charged over an incident last year involving the pasting of Chinese characters on three road signs in the city.
Ting pleaded not guilty to the charge under the Local Authorities (Cleanliness) By-Laws in the Magistrate's Court here on Tuesday (March 23).
