Second day of Umno general assembly kicks off with raising of 'Sang Saka Bangsa'


KUALA LUMPUR: Umno's flag "Sang Saka Bangsa" was hoisted the party's general assembly to mark its opening on Sunday (March 28) morning.

The ceremony began with the three Umno wings - Wanita, Pemuda and Puteri - raising their flag before party president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi raised the party flag along to the party's anthem Bersatu, Bersetia, Berkhidmat at around 8am.
