PRIOR to his passing, construction businessman Datuk Seri Lim Bock Seng (pic), the founder and former chairman of LBS Bina Bhd, had repeatedly advised his children to respect each other, stand united and work together in developing the family business, reported Sin Chew Daily.

According to his son Tan Sri Lim Hock San, who is the present chairman, he had once regarded such advice as his old man “nagging” at him.
