BALIK PULAU: A man in his 30s sustained serious injuries after falling off a petai tree in Jalan Pantai Acheh here on Sunday (April 25).
Balik Pulau Fire and Rescue Department operations officer Saladin Abdul Rahim said they received a call regarding the incident at 4.28pm.
