KOTA BARU: The Melor state seat will be declared vacant once Kelantan state assembly speaker Datuk Abdullah Ya’kub receives the death certificate of Dr Md Yusnan Yusof from the state National Registration Department (NRD).
He said yesterday that he had yet to obtain the death certificate from the department.As soon as the certificate is obtained, then the Election Commission (EC) will be notified, he added.
