KOTA KINABALU: The federal and state governments must explain why undocumented migrants are being vaccinated before citizens, says Parti Warisan Sabah deputy Wira chief Mohd Ismail Ayob.
He said that with the low vaccination rate in Sabah of 5%, it did not make sense to get undocumented migrants vaccinated first.
