IGP: G1, G2 contractors need approval from housing ministry or police before being allowed to operate


KUALA LUMPUR: G1 and G2 category contractors appointed by local authorities to carry out constructions for small-scale projects are allowed to operate during lockdown with immediate effect, says Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.

The Inspector-General of Police said such contractors will be allowed to operate with approval given by the Housing and Local Government Ministry or the police.
