Over 98% of businesses complied with SOP, says domestic trade ministry


PETALING JAYA: Most business premises were found to be complying with preventive Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOP) during lockdown, with only a small number of them breaking the rules, says the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry.

The ministry's enforcement division said it checked a total of 615,996 premises from May 13 until June 26, and found 574 businesses flouting SOP.
