JOHOR BARU: Workers in the manufacturing sector here are eager to get vaccinated under the Public-Private Partnership Covid-19 Industry Immunisation (Pikas) initiative so that the country can accelerate its progress to reopen all economic sectors within the timeframe outlined in the National Recovery Plan.

Under the four-phase NRP, the transition from one stage to the next will depend on indicators based on a drop in infections and a rise in vaccination rates.
