JPJ counters open from today


PETALING JAYA: Counter services will resume from today for agencies under the purview of the Transport Ministry, including the Road Transport Department (JPJ), Land Public Transport Agency (Apad), Puspakom, Marine Department, as well as the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board in Sabah and Sarawak.

In a statement, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said counter services would be only for services that could not be conducted or transacted online, and where physical attendance was by appointment only, with counter staff limited to 50% of normal capacity.
