Barbed wire ordered to be removed from stairwells at KL flats

PETALING JAYA: Barbed wire should not be placed in stairways of high-rise residential buildings in enhanced movement control order (EMCO) areas, says Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa.

"It is not allowed to install barbed wire on the stairs of flats in EMCO areas. An order has been issued to remove the barbed wire immediately. Please note," Annuar tweeted on Saturday night (July 3).
