BUTTERWORTH: Seven notifications have been issued to employers by the Seberang Prai City Council during a compliance checking operation at foreign worker hostels here to ensure that they apply for hostel permits.
The council said the notifications were issued on Saturday (July 10) under the Local Government Act 1976 and would help the employers expedite their permit applications.
