KOTA KINABALU: The Labuan approach should be adopted for Sabah so that more people can be vaccinated rapidly, says Federation of Chinese Associations (FCAS) president Tan Sri TC Goh.
He said the Federal Government should adopt this approach so more people can complete both doses of their Covid-19 vaccination.
