PUTRAJAYA: Several changes have been made to standard operating procedure (SOP) under Phases One and Two of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
He said this followed positive developments concerning the national vaccination programme.
