ALOR SETAR: Kulim International Airport (KXP), which is expected to be ready by 2026, will boost the local economy and create employment opportunities for all Malaysians, says Mentri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor.
He said some 18,000 Malaysians would benefit from the job opportunities, while the state’s annual gross domestic product (GDP) growth was projected to increase to 7.5% from 4.5% currently.
