Ex-magistrate ordered to enter defence on six counts of bribery


KUANTAN (Bernama): The Sessions Court here today ordered a former magistrate to enter his defence on six charges of bribery amounting to RM210,000 two years ago.

Judge Datuk Ahmad Zamzani Mohd Zain made the decision after finding that a prima facie case had been proven against Mohamad Amin Shahul Hamid, 40, at the end of the prosecution’s case.
