PETALING JAYA: There is no joy for residents in Selangor who have been eager to de-stress in public parks, as major recreational parks in the cities will remain closed.

Both Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya city councils have confirmed that they will not be reopening the big parks under their jurisdiction, just yet.
