Covid-19 patient admission at HTAR down by 50%


SHAH ALAM: The daily admission rate of Covid-19 patients for treatment at Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (HTAR) in Klang has dropped by over 50%.

Previously, the hospital had received about 400 Covid-19 cases daily for treatment but the numbers went down to around 170 in the past week, said HTAR director Dr Zulkarnain Mohd Rawi.

“The number of Covid-19 patients at this hospital has dropped from over 1,000 at the height of the infection last July.
