Fully vaccinated individuals in Phase 1 of NRP states allowed to dine-in

PUTRAJAYA: Fully vaccinated individuals in states that are under Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) will be allowed to dine in at eateries, go camping, engage in individual and non-contact sports outdoors, as well as go to night markets starting Friday (Aug 20).

Caretaker Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said these were among several relaxations of standard operating procedures (SOP) under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) agreed upon at the National Security Council (NSC) meeting on Thursday (Aug 19), after Malaysia reached the threshold of having 50% of its adult population fully vaccinated.
