12MP: Carbon-neutral commitment to attract foreign investment, tackle climate change issues, says Tuan Ibrahim


PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Malaysia's commitment to be a carbon-neutral country as early as 2050 has the potential to attract foreign investment and show the country's commitment in tackling climate change, says Environment and Water Minister Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man.

In a statement on Monday (Sept 27), he said low-carbon investment and green technology would be able to support the country’s sustainable development agenda, as well as promote Malaysia as a green investment hub.
