GEORGE TOWN: A prominent property developer, believed to be linked to the Penang undersea tunnel project, has fallen to his death from his apartment in Pulau Tikus here.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Soffian Santong confirmed the incident on Tuesday (Oct 5) but did not reveal details.
