Budget 2022: Four new CIQs expected to boost economy, says Home Minister

KOTA TINGGI: The four new international Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) complex announced by the Finance Ministry in Budget 2022 is expected to boost the nation’s economy, says Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.

The Home Minister said that the new CIQs were located at Telok Melano and Baleh in Sarawak, Desaru in Kota Tinggi, Johor and Setiu, Terengganu.
