PETALING JAYA: The government is seeking a collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica) to conduct road safety training programmes for motorcyclists in Malaysia, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
This follows after the Transport Minister received a courtesy call from the Japanese Ambassador to Malaysia Oka Hiroshi at his office on Monday (Nov 8).
