MELAKA: PKR candidate for the N14 Klebang seat, Datuk Gue Teck arrived at the nomination centre at about 8.30am together with a proposer and seconder at the Dewan Japerun Klebang nomination centre.
He was the first candidate to have arrived for the nomination.
