KUALA LUMPUR: Over 4,000 summons within two weeks have been issued by the police over customised number plates.
Federal Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department director Comm Datuk Mat Kasim Karim, in a statement on Thursday (Nov 18), said that a special operation had been launched, dubbed Op Khas (Nombor Pendaftaran), targeting number plate non-compliance.
