Malaysia calls on Asean, China to work on boosting multilateralism, reforming UN


KUALA LUMPUR: Asean and China could work together on boosting multilateralism, especially in reforming the United Nations, to ensure the international body remains effective and relevant amid the evolving global dynamics.

In saying this, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob stressed that a world order based on multilateralism is vital.
