PUTRAJAYA: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has failed to prove special circumstances that could warrant the court to adduce new evidence that he claimed had recently surfaced, relating to his SRC International Sdn Bhd appeal.
A three-man panel, chaired by Justice Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil, dismissed Najib’s application after hearing submissions by both parties here yesterday.
