Perak MB denies state govt spent RM600mil on theme park


IPOH: Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad (pic) has denied that the state spent RM600mil on the now-closed Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS)..

During his winding-up speech at the state assembly sitting on Friday (Dec 17), Saarani said the project was funded by Perak Corp Berhad Development Sdn Bhd (PCBD), a subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia-listed Perak Corp Berhad.
