KUALA LUMPUR: Floods in the Klang Valley have also affected attendance at the Wanita MCA’s 46th AGM.

Wanita MCA chief Datuk Heng Seai Kie said the virtual and physical attendance rate at the AGM is low as many places are affected by the floods.
