Floods: Temerloh farmers lose over RM120,000 worth of vegetables, fish


TEMERLOH: The Temerloh Area Farmers Organisation (PPK) has incurred losses of more than RM120,000 due to the flooding in the district.

Its corporate project manager Nur Azmi Mat Zain, 29, said about thousands of crops in the orchards in Kampung Semantan here were destroyed after the area was submerged in 0.6m of water since Dec 18.
