Nadma: 133 landslides recorded during current northeast monsoon


KUALA LUMPUR: Another seven landslide incidents were reported by the Department of Minerals and Geoscience (JMG) on Friday (Dec 31), bringing the total number to 133 during the current northeast monsoon period.

The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) said the total number of landslide incidents that occurred in Selangor is 55 cases, followed by Pahang (42), Negri Sembilan (17), Kuala Lumpur (eight), Sarawak (six), and Terengganu (three), with one each in Melaka and Sabah.
