Five Indonesians rescued by MMEA after boat capsizes


BATU PAHAT: Five Indonesian men were rescued by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) after their boat capsized at around 1am on Sunday (Jan 2).

Johor MMEA director First Admiral Nurul Hizam Zakaria said that the victims, aged between 24 and 44, were on their way from Pulau Nipah, Indonesia and heading towards Batam.
