Floods: Number of evacuees increased to over 2,000


SEREMBAN: Continuous rain in parts of Negri Sembilan has led to the number of people being forced to be evacuated due to floods increased to 2,103.

A Civil Defence spokesman said the number of people who had to be moved from their homes in Tampin as of 9pm on Sunday (Jan 2) stood at 1,540.
