Company behind now-defunct Perak theme park begins winding up process


IPOH: PCB Development Sdn Bhd (PCBD) has initiated a creditors' voluntary winding up.

A check on the Bursa Malaysia website found that a meeting on the matter took place on Thursday (Jan 6) and that liquidators have been appointed to assume control of PCBD's business undertakings.
