KUALA LUMPUR: Standard operating procedures (SOP) for Thaipusam celebrations have been drawn up based on recommendations submitted by temple management from several states, says Datuk Halimah Mohamed Sadique.
The National Unity Minister said this was also based on health risk assessments and measures to prevent the Covid-19 transmission.
