DOSH: Factory fined RM13,000 after worker loses fingers


TELUK INTAN: A motorcycle accessory manufacturing and assembling factory was fined RM13,000 at the Teluk Intan Sessions Court after one of its employees suffered serious injuries at work.

The Office of the Perak Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) said CJM Industries Sdn Bhd, represented by its managing director as the employer, pleaded guilty after the charge was read before Judge Intan Nurul Farena Zainal Abidin.
