DURIAN farmers in Segamat, Johor, are being forced to use boats to collect the fruits before they rot after roads were cut off by the floods.
Sin Chew Daily reports that farmer Zhou Zhi Zhong, who lives in Buloh Kasap, said farmers were unable to get to their orchards as the area has been inundated by floodwaters since Jan 3.
