KUALA LUMPUR: The journey home to celebrate Chinese New Year began slowly yesterday with reports of several points of congestions and kilometres-long jams as traffic increased on all major highways on the peninsula.
Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department principal assistant director Supt Dr Bakri Zainal Abidin said traffic flow was very high yesterday.
