Negri Sembilan cops arrest 54 for illegal gambling in 10-day ops

SEREMBAN: Some 54 individuals have been arrested in a 10-day operation against illegal gambling activities in Negri Sembilan, says the police.

State Criminal Investigations Department head ACP Muhammad Izzudin Runggai said a series of raids were conducted over a 10-day period in conjunction with Chinese New Year beginning Jan 24 where police seized almost RM5,600.
