Apad's incoming online commercial vehicle licensing system will increase customer satisfaction, says Dr Wee

PETALING JAYA: The online commercial vehicle licensing system (ISPKP) that will be rolled out by the Land Public Transport Agency (Apad) this year will lead to a better customer experience, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

He said that the new system, which will replace the existing licensing system, which is 20 years old, will make it easier for the public to deal with Apad in the future, he said in a statement on Facebook after visiting the APAD southern region office at Menara Cyberport Johor Bahru on Saturday (Feb 12).
