JOHOR BARU: PKR has come out to explain that seat negotiations with Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) broke down as the party wanted urban and mixed seats.
Johor PKR chief Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh said that Muda rejected the three seats PKR had offered them.
