PETALING JAYA: They offered cosmetic procedures like botox, breast enhancements and teeth whitening at prices ranging from RM350 to RM8,000. But it was illegal, and the services were provided by untrained foreigners.

It all came to an end yesterday when authorities simultaneously raided eight illegal cosmetics and dental services centres in the federal capital and three other states.
