Covid-19: Less than 20% of pupils in Penang national type schools signed up for PICKids


GEORGE TOWN: Only about one in five pupils in national type schools, religious schools and Tamil national type schools in Penang have been registered for the Covid-19 Immunisation Program for Children (PICKids) so far.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said only 19.6% of pupils in national schools have registered for vaccination under PICKids, followed by 16.4% in religious schools and 15.8% from Tamil schools.
